In the Barrow-in-Furness area: £395.42 for a room in a house share, £475.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £500.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £635.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £807.50 for a 4-bedroom home.
In the Kendal area: £325.89 for a room in a house share, £575.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £650.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £775.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £995.00 for a 4-bedroom home.

In the West Cumbria area: £319.83 for a room in a house share, £385.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £475.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £550.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £700.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
