In the Derby area: £359.83 for a room in a house share, £450.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £595.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £700.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £935.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
In the Eastern Staffordshire area: £321.33 for a room in a house share, £495.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £600.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £725.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £985.80 for a 4-bedroom home.
In the Peaks and Dales area: £347.62 for a room in a house share, £475.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £595.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £695.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £900.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
In the Sheffield area: £350.00 for a room in a house share, £575.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £620.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £680.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £950.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
