  • In the East Cheshire area: £421.50 for a room in a house share, £550.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £725.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £995.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £1,750.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
  • In the North Cheshire area: £341.50 for a room in a house share, £475.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £590.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £695.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £1,000.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
  • In the South Cheshire area: £325.00 for a room in a house share, £475.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £575.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £680.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £995.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
  • In the West Cheshire area: £375.86 for a room in a house share, £550.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £675.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £795.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £1,224.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
  • In the Wirral area: £318.71 for a room in a house share, £425.00 for a 1-bedroom home, £525.00 for a 2-bedroom home, £650.00 for a 3-bedroom home, £825.00 for a 4-bedroom home.
